TRANSITION FEEDING GUIDE
Transition generally takes 5-7 days. If there is a reaction at any step, go back one step and try a transition of two-day steps.

Starting with 15% new diet to old diet on Day 1, then 25% on Day 2, then 40% on Day 3, then 50-60% on Day 4, then 75% on Day 5 and then 85-90% on Day 6 and then onto 100% new diet.
